ABOUT ME

It’s nice to meet you!

Amy Hopkinson

LMHC, LPC, NCC, TF-CBT, LSC, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Reiki II Certified, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Educational Consultant and Relations Therapist

Connecting with our past and present is an important part to understanding how our experiences have shaped us and can help aid in positive growth and change. By taking a holistic approach to therapeutic techniques we can truly heal and grow into our truest form of self.

Having a holistic and wholeness approach helps us integrate different psychotherapy orientations, such as mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, DBT and breathing/breath-work when appropriate, to best support your needs.

Working with these approaches you will learn to clear your mind of clutter and make room for a deeper interpersonal trust and feel confident with distinguishing the difference between the voice of your mind from the voice of your truth.

I invite those who are looking to shed old patters, seek change and gain more self-awareness while deepening their understanding on how to bring a deeper perspective into their world and to their relationships.

Specialities Include;

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Relations Therapist

  • Trauma & C-PTSD,

Emotional Support Provider

Hi! I'm Rue!

I’m a mini bernedoodle who loves long walks and hikes with my mom, anything pumpkin flavor.. or peanut butter I LOVEEE peanut butter.. meeting new people, and playing tag with my dog friends.

I provide snuggles and comfort when you need it and I'm working on new training with my mom to allow my skills to have a deeper impactful for you when my mom brings me to work with her.

You’ll often see me on mom’s lap during your virtual session’s or snuggled up on the couch.

I sometimes forget when mom is in session with you and I’ll try to bring her a toy when I want to play. Thanks for being patient with me while I realize it’s not my time for her attention!
