Individualized Meditation Sessions
Individual Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions are a great way to supplement your healing journey and to supplement your current therapy or coaching commitments. This individual approach focuses and highlights your individual needs with a tailored session that brings together breath work, guided meditation and internal guidance.
There is a common misconception that you are expected to sit in these perfect meditative positions and to not have any thoughts while you sit in silence. While silence can be a very powerful tool and clearing your mind is helpful this is not the focus of these sessions. Meditation & Mindfulness doesn't have to be a feared approach to healing. There is no experience necessary. We meet you where you are at.
The intention is to guide, support, and assist your practice so you can truly experience the present moment in a safe and honored way while processing and working through current struggles.
This offering is for you if you’ve recently experienced a loss, are going through a life transition, are experience relationship turbulence, or if you’re wanting to deepen your connection to self.
